There is no such thing as intern work. You dive right into the deep end, with all of us, to sharpen your skills. We can teach you the hard stuff and look for interns with strong soft skills. It’s OK to be uncomfortable — growth is uncomfortable. At Julia Balfour we inspire change and look for solutions not problems. There is no such thing as a typical day. LOVE your work, the rest will follow.





The content team is responsible for reorganizing and migrating legacy web content (big and small) onto new content management systems. They stay up to date on industry best practices and merge them with client brand guidelines to create content solutions that are functional and long lasting for online users. They make decisions that consider the front end user and technical ability of the client. Team candidates should be innate problem solvers and critical thinkers. Attention to detail and communication are paramount.



Our team of graphic designers, artists, videographers and photographers work collaboratively on varied projects including logos, marketing materials, brand strategies, product development, websites, video content and social media posts. Our team excels at articulating our clients’ thoughts and dreams into stunning visual solutions. We are an internationally recognized creative team creating award-winning work and delighting clients large and small.



Our tech team currently consists of PHP, .NET and front-end developers working on a variety of complex, proprietary systems as well as seamlessly integrated digital campaigns. If you’re looking for a library or cube farm, you might just be disappointed. We are a fast paced, dog-friendly office located minutes from the Connecticut shoreline. We encourage the exchange of ideas, thrive off collaboration, and buckle down when it’s time to get things done.



Our Accounts team is extremely dedicated to our clients and our team. We make sure everyone is smiling throughout the process of large scale websites and interactive campaigns, to videos and social media. The main point of contact with a client, the account manager’s role is to keep communication flowing at all times to set and meet goals. Having excellent relationships with a wide variety of clients is crucial, especially when identifying new business opportunities to expand and continue working relationships.
